Responsible for designing and developing new ASP.NET version of CoTs Intranet in a structured N-Tier, domain-driven fashion, applying LINQ/functional techniques, Roles/Rights management, and for maintaining a legacy version as well.

10/03 – 02/05.  ENTERPRISE DATABASE CORP, MANASSAS, VIRGINIA, PROGRAMMER/ANALYST.

Implemented significant parts of School Alert System application using a combination of advanced ASP, JavaScript, XMLHTTP subroutines and SQL Server 2000 database.

 

9/02 – 10/02,   2/03 – 4/03.  ROBERT HALF TECHNOLOGY / ECOS / CENTECH GROUP, INC., VIRGINIA, PROGRAMMER/ANALYST.

Developed MS Access State Profiles Databases and ASP Web interface for The Environmental Council of the States.

Analyzed and developed major parts of Phoenix application used by Calhoun County, Alabama Protective Equipment Training and Distribution Center. Phoenix application (Access 2002 user interface and SQL Server 2000 back-end (TSQL) was developed with stability in mind and served thousands of residents.

8/02 – 05/03.  QORRA INC., WOONSOCKET, RI, PROGRAMMER (part time telecommuting).

Designed and implemented portions of complex Web applications used by Marriott International/MVP using PHP/MySQL/XML/XSLT/JavaScript.

 

9/01 – 2/02.  ROBERT HALF TECHNOLOGY, WASHINGTON, DC, PROGRAMMER/ANALYST.

Programmed BRTT application in ASP and Visual Basic ActiveX DLL’s, incorporating various SQL Server queries and client–side form data verification written in JavaScript. Analyzed application and database requirements as a member of the development team, clarifying workflow and use–case scenarios for various application implementations. Designed and implemented significant portions of application logic, including (login) module, manager module for reporting and modifying GSA agents’ workloads, modules which track workflow iterations and send related e–mail notifications, and other major application screens.

 

12/96 – 8/01.  ADI TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION, ALEXANDRIA, VA. SOFTWARE DEVELOPER.

Redesigned the ADI Intranet, for consistent use of the database and secure Web–based management system. Designed and implemented web login and login administrator modules, web–based bug reporting system, ADI’s online store and employee web site. Compared and analyzed existing technologies for dynamic database–driven Web applications and made recommendations for company’s Internet development. Designed new and re-implemented existing Visual Basic and Access applications. Trained ADI developers in the proper use of ASP and JavaScript technologies, created a library of common utility functions for ADI programmers, and developed ADI’s web programming standards.
